An application under section 114 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 has been received for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims the easement is extinguished by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 10 January 2020, the register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: A right of way over part Lot 1 DP 494329 marked A on DP 494329 comprised in Record of Title 739711 and appurtenant to Rural Section 5828 comprised in Record of Title 573915 created by Transfer 58444 registered on 10 July 1980.

Circumstances: The easement was extinguished by the occurrence of an event, when the Benefitting Land acquired the fee simple under section 116 of the Land Act 1948.
