The applicant described below has applied under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 for the removal of a party wall easement. The applicant claims the party wall easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the party wall easement on 14 September 2019 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Party wall easement over Part Section 16 Town of Masterton, comprised in Computer Register WN344/181 created by Transfer 379552 registered on 17 December 1954.

Circumstances: Part of the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision Deposited Plan 360551.
