Circumstances: The dominant tenement Lot 2 DP 343970 has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 343970 and the dominant tenement Lot 1 DP 311911 has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of partial surrender of easement in instrument 10920373.1.
