Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register 858889, subject to all existing encumbrances.
