Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Manurewa Local Board resolved at its meeting on 18 July 2019 to classify the reserve described in the Schedule, as local purpose (community gardens) reserve subject to section 23 of the said Act.
