Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, Coromandel District, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes of section 19(1)(a) of the Act.
