Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be set apart as recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and to remain vested in the Matamata-Piako District Council, subject also to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject also, as to the land in the First Schedule only, land covenant in Transfer 5174728.1 and an easement of right of way (in gross) created by Transfer 5174728.2.
