Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and acting under delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Bukky Oyawale, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 4 November 2019, which was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 November 2019, Notice No. 2019-In5119, by deleting the recital and substituting it with the recital below:

“Pursuant to section 20 and 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to the delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Bukky Oyawale, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired and declared to be road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.”
