Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice headed “Land Declared Road – State Highway 1, Mount Cook, Wellington City” dated 2 October 2019 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 October 2019, Notice No. 2019-ln4626 effective from the date of publication of that notice on 3 October 2019.
