Pursuant to the provisions of section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Matamata-Piako District Council hereby revokes the notice declaring certain land to be recreation reserve dated the 20th day of April 2019, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 May 2019, Notice No. 2019-ln2388, and issues the following notice in its place.

Declaration of Land as Reserve, Boyd Park, Te Aroha, Matamata-Piako District

Pursuant to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Matamata-Piako District Council gives notice that the following resolution was passed by the Council on 20 April 2019:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Matamata-Piako District Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule to this notice, be declared a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.”
