Pursuant to sections 117(3)(a) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

1. The stopped road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title SA2A/698, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987; and
2. The stopped road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title SA28B/294, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
