Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive of the Buller District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 28 August 2019, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule, as a local purpose (water conservation) reserve.
