Under the Reserves Act 1997, the Director Operations, Lower North Island Region, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (site for a hospital) reserve over the land described in the Schedule, and declares that the land may be disposed of by Health Care Hawke’s Bay Limited in such a manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as Health Care Hawke’s Bay Limited determines, the proceeds from a sale to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other land under the control of Hawke’s Bay Health Care Limited.
