Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the adjoining land held in Computer Freehold Register CB14B/221, subject to all existing encumbrances.
