Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for wastewater purposes and shall vest in Watercare Services Limited, subject to Part 4A of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to a gas supply right in Transfer D394668.1; electricity and telecommunications right in Easement Instrument 8692052.1; Certificate 9454743.3 under section 122 of the Ngāti Whātua o Kaipara Claims Settlement Act 2013 and Certificate 10276632.1 under section 138 of the Te Kawerau ā Maki Claims Settlement Act 2015; on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
