Under the Reserves Act 1997, the Director Operations, Lower North Island Region, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (site for a hospital) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by Her Majesty The Queen in such a manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as She determines.
