Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Otara–Papatoetoe Local Board resolved at its meeting on 17 September 2019 to classify the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve pursuant to the provisions of section 17 of the Act.
