Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Otorohanga District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by council on 20 November 2018.
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Otorohanga District Council hereby resolves that:
- the parcel of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the First Schedule to this notice, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, local purpose (cemetery) reserve within the meaning of the said Act, and
- the parcel of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Second Schedule to this notice, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, local purpose (electricity substation) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
