Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Otorohanga District Council hereby classifies:

  1. the reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice as local purpose (cemetery) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and
  2. the reserve described in the Second Schedule to this notice as local purpose (electricity substation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
