Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

1. Pursuant to section 114, the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall vest in the Rangitikei District Council;
2. Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Second Schedule is taken as severance and vested in Amy Elizabeth Jones and Leighton Rhys Jones and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 608031 subject to Mortgage 10158500.1; and
3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Third Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN46B/448 subject to Mortgage B729098.3

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
