Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 20, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip), and the land in the First and Third Schedules shall vest in the Crown;
2. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Crown,

from the 14th day following the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette for the land described in the First Schedule and for the land described in the Second and Third Schedules on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
