Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Motueka District, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as local purpose (cultural and ecological restoration) reserve, for the purposes specified in section 23 of the Act, together with a right of way created by Transfer 67863 and a declaration in Gazette Notice 167815.1.
