Pursuant to section 2A of the Housing Act 1955 (“Act”), having notified Housing New Zealand, I hereby amend and correct errors in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 August 2019, Notice Number 2019-ln4039 by omitting from the Schedule of that notice:

and accordingly the declaration in that notice no longer applies to such omitted dwellings.
