Setting Apart General Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule is set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae, to be known as Ururangi Marae, for the common use and benefit of Ngati Mahia, Te Uri o Hua, Ngati Whakaeke and the descendants of Pere Wihongi.
