Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information New Zealand, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, that:

1. Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title SA51B/70 subject to Mortgage 10777871.3;
2. Reserving, pursuant to sections 20 and 28, an easement in gross for a right to drain stormwater in favour of the Hauraki District Council, over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice and on the terms and conditions set out in the Third Schedule to this notice

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

All references in Schedule 5 to easements for a right to drain water may also be interpreted as meaning easements for a right to drain stormwater.
