Notice of Discontinued Crown Protected Area Names for Ngāti Tūwharetoa Claims Settlement Act 2018
Pursuant to sections 117 and 128(3) of the Ngāti Tūwharetoa Claims Settlement Act 2018 (“Settlement Act 2018”) the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa hereby gives notice of 12 discontinued Crown Protected Area (CPA) names. The discontinued CPA names took effect on 12 March 2019 being the settlement date specified in the Settlement Act 2018.
