Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for use in connection with a road (shared path) and shall vest in the Whangarei District Council, subject to a Certificate that the pipelines for the passage of stormwater pass through and serve the within land created by Transfer K64703 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
