Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Motueka District, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as recreation reserve, for the purposes specified in section 17 of the Act, together with right of ways created by Easement Instruments 7053176.1, 9215439.1, 9215439.2 and 9215439.3, and together with lease interest 11475030.1.
