Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Kapiti Wellington District, Department of Conservation, changes the purpose of a reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (site for Plunket rooms) reserve to a local purpose (community library) reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
