Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jannie Stocker, Land Information New Zealand:
- Declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a civic centre;
- Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for civic purposes;
- Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a car park;
- Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be set apart for use in connection with a road; and
- Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be set apart for housing and urban renewal;
and shall remain vested in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
