Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart as local purpose (storm water) reserve on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and to remain vested in the Taupo District Council, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and subject also to section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, sections 6 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971, sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979, section 27B of the State–Owned Enterprises Act 1986, Part VIA of the Conservation Act 1987, encumbrance to Contact Energy Limited in Instrument B406416.5, Land Improvement Agreement in Instrument B475180.1 and Land Improvement Agreement in Instrument B475180.3.
