Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Dunedin City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 30 April 2019, gives notice that:

1. Under section 16(1), the land described in the Schedule is hereby classified as recreation reserve.
2. Under section 16(10), the land described in the Schedule is hereby named Thornly Park Recreation Reserve.
