Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the lands in Records of Title CB517/69 and CB476/123, subject to all existing encumbrances, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
