Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a native bush reserve, to be known as Manga Tapu (“Area A”), for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Tiopira Waha Naera, and for the purpose of a Wāhi Tapu, to be known as Kauneke (“Area B”), for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Skye Naera.
