Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 28 May 2019, hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule as a local purpose (accessway) reserve hereto, in the Second Schedule hereto as local purpose (municipal purposes) reserve and in the Third Schedule hereto as historic reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
