Under the Reserves Act 1977, the undersigned cancels the vesting in the Ohau Hall Society Incorporated of the reserve described in the Schedule, classifies the reserve as a local purpose (public hall) reserve, and appoints the Ohau Hall Society to control and manage the reserve for local purpose (public hall) purposes, subject to the provisions of the Act.
