Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Declares, pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, further pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
2. Declares, pursuant to section 114, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in South Taranaki District Council;
3. Declares, pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and further, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title TNJ2/1091, subject to Mortgage 9452323.3;
4. Declares, pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is amalgamated with the land in Record of Title TNJ2/1091, subject to Mortgage 9452323.3

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
