Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Director Operations, Eastern South Island, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a local purpose (utility) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Ashburton District Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the Council determines, on the provision that Lot 2 on plan number LT 496587 shall re-vest in the Council as a local purpose (utility) reserve upon deposit of that plan.
