Classification of Reserve—Centennial Drive, Matamata

Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Matamata-Piako District Council hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
