Notice of Decisions to Approve and Discontinue Undersea Feature Names
Pursuant to sections 10(1)(d), 24(2)(a), 24(2)(b), and 24(3) of the New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008, the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa (“Board”) hereby gives notice of one discontinued and nine approved undersea feature names within New Zealand’s 12 nautical mile territorial limit, as described in the Schedule below.
The Board’s final determinations on these approved and one discontinued undersea feature names took effect on 20 May 2019.
