Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information , Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice headed “Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Vested in Block XI, Mangaone Survey District, Eketahuna County” dated 21 August 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 August 1985, No. 160, page 3731, and issues the following notice in its place being effective from the date of publication of the previous notice on 29 August 1985.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Vested in Block XI—Mangaone Survey District, Tararua District (formerly the Eketahuna County)

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

  1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Tararua District Council (formerly the Eketahuna County Council);
  2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule of this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN26A/538;
  3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule of this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN25A/284;
  4. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule of this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN35B/482 subject to Mortgage B777403.3;
  5. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule of this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN51B/988 subject to Mortgages 5970141.3 & 5970141.4;
  6. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule of this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN25B/280;
  7. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Seventh Schedule of this notice to be stopped and pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN69/130
