Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Māori Reservation for recreational and camping purposes, to be known as Rarihi Kereama Te Peke and Eruera Mahanga Māori Reservation, for the benefit of the owners of Horahora 1B4A2C3 Block and Horahora No 1 B No 4 A No 2 D Section 1 Block and their descendants.
