Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, Stephen Francis Parry, Chief Executive Office, Gore District Council, hereby authorises the exchange the fee simple land described in the First Schedule for the recreation reserve land described in the Second Schedule.

Southland Land District—Gore District

First Schedule

To be transferred to Her Majesty The Queen to be held as recreation reserve.

Second Schedule

To be transferred to Gore District Council as fee simple.
