Under section 31 of the Walking Access Act 2008, I declare that the land described in the Schedule below shall be a walkway and is assigned the name Bullock Creek Hatchery Springs Walkway.

I have appointed the Otago Fish and Game Council to be the controlling authority for this walkway.

Special Easement Terms

1. The easement also grants a right for members of the public to pass and repass with bikes dismounted, and accompanied by dogs provided that the dogs are registered, kept on a leash, and under control at all times; and
2. No fishing on the property (including Bullock Creek and side streams). This is a spawning stream closed to fishing all year round.
