Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road; and
2. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(7) and 120(3), to be amalgamated with the balance of the land comprised in Record of Title WN33B/777

which shall remain vested in the Hutt City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
