Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(4), to be set apart for the purposes of a local purpose reserve (pedestrian access) and shall remain vested in the Waipa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
