Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Clutha District Council.
2. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land comprised in Record of Title 593406, subject to all existing encumbrances.
