Pursuant to section 14 of the National Animal Identification and Tracing Act 2012, I, Barry Harris, Chair of the National Animal Identification and Tracing (NAIT) Limited Board (acting as the NAIT organisation), give notice that I have issued the NAIT Animal Identification Devices Standard.

The NAIT Animal Identification Devices Standard dated 25 July 2019, takes effect on the date of publication of this notice and replaces the NAIT Device Standard for Cattle dated 25 September 2014 and NAIT Device Standard for Deer dated 25 September 2014.

Copies of the NAIT Animal Identification Devices Standard may be obtained from the OSPRI website, www.ospri.co.nz.
