Pursuant to section 142(R) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice is hereby given that the “Pest Free Warrant conditions for commercial transport operators moving people or goods within the Hauraki Gulf Controlled Area” has been incorporated by reference into the Auckland Regional Pest Management Plan 2019–2029.
