Pursuant to section 45 of the Senior Courts Act 2016, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint

to be a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand to take effect on the date of appointment.
